Airtel Achievers Club, Thailand 2015

Brief: Airtel Achievers club is an aspirational club that takes the leading employees of Airtel from pan India on an international trip. Akkado was given a task of making their gala a memorable event and we did so in many ways. We got on board renowned artists and created a theme everyone can resonate with.

Venue: Pattaya, Thailand

Airtel Achievers Club, Singapore 2016

Brief / Objective: To conceptualize and execute Airtel Achievers’ Club 2016.

Concept: The theme for Achievers’ Club 2016 was “Saga of Superstars”, resonating the story behind the success of Achievers.

Execution: The MICE team managed the group’s tour and travel in Singapore. The team of event professionals executed the Awards night at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Result: 600+ Pan India Top Sales Employees.

Airtel Achievers Club, Dubai 2017

Brief / Objective: To conceptualize and execute Airtel Achievers’ Club 2017.

Concept: The theme for Achievers’ Club 2017 was “Heroes United”, resonating the coming of Heroes together to celebrate their success.

Execution: The MICE team managed the group’s tour and travel in Dubai. The team of event professionals executed the Awards night at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai.

Result: 600+ Pan India Top Sales Employees.

Airtel Delhi Half Marathon: “Match the Fastest” Activation

Summary: On Ground Promotion for Airtel Delhi Half Marathon

Brief / Objective: Promote Airtel Delhi Half Marathon, just before its launch for the year 2018.

Concept: ‘Match the Fastest’, gave the marathon’s fraternity a chance to match the pace of last year’s champion Eluid Kipchoge.

Execution: Our heroes managed to put up a customize made treadmill, at the NSIC grounds, New Delhi for the Marathon Expo and set it to spin at famed Delhi Half Marathon’s champion pace of 21.2 kms/hr. and challenged the Marathon enthusiasts to jump on and keep up.

Result: One of its kind set up which pushed the envelope, reaching new heights of grandeur.
With 25000 visitors at the expo, more than 200 runners took the challenge and by the end of 3 days, 9 made it up to the leader board

Airtel Leadership Conclave 2017, Dubai

Brief / Objective: To conceptualize and execute Airtel Leadership Conclave 2017.

Concept: The agenda was to sketch out the future plan and maintain the status of being the world’s leading telecom service provider. Theme for the Gala Night was “Sands of Time”.

Execution: The MICE team managed the group’s ticketing, visa and travel. The team of event professionals managed the end to end execution of the 3 day event in Atlantis, The Palm.

Result: 200+ Senior Management of Airtel from both India and Africa.

Airtel Leadership Conclave 2018, Dubai

Brief / Objective: To conceptualize and execute Airtel Leadership Conclave 2018.

Concept: The overarching theme for this year was “Execute Brilliantly, Win Decisively”. The theme for the informal Awards Night was “Havana Nights”.

Execution: The MICE team made it extremely facile for it to manage the group’s ticketing, visa and travel. The team of event professionals successfully managed the end to end execution of the 3 day event in Westin, Al Habtoor City.

Result: 250+ Senior Management of Airtel from both India and Africa.

BJP Kamal Jaatra, Karnataka

Brief / Objective: Execution of Public melas attracting over 25,000 localities spread across 4,000 sq. ft. in a span of 3 days.

Execution: 3 day long Mela planned and executed by Akkado team showcasing entertainment like laser show, magic show, standup comedian and specially curated food stalls

Result: Extremely good crowd management and engagement of localities of all classes.

BMW Delhi Plus

It was celebration time when Akkado executed an event for Delhi Plus, an offline social networking and brand-building community for women entrepreneurs at The Junction, Sri Aurobindo Marg. It was a power-packed brunch with more than 700 women entrepreneurs like fashion designers, makeup artists, stylists and art connoisseurs, in attendance. AnishaSethi welcomed the guests at the do.

Akkado proudly executed the launch of first of its kind offline social networking community for women entrepreneurs.

CII 2014, Hong Kong

Brief: Top delegates of the Confederation of Indian Industry were taken to Hong Kong for a unique event experience.

Unlike conventional events, we organized a fashion show for them as one of the entertainment piece. This included top designers and top models such as Krishna Somani.
