GM-Client Servicing

Job brief:
  • Experience: Around 10 years
  • Location: Noida
  • Account Management – Responsible for servicing event needs of the existing clients & up selling to them.
    • Ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines.
    • Meeting up with existing clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect.
    • Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connects programs etc.
    • Hands on Presentation
  • New Client Exploration or Pitches
    • Presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner.
    • Considerable amount of converting pitches to projects
  • Execution
    • Interact and lead production team to ensure effective execution of the event.
    • Allocate briefs to team members (if any), Lead & guide the team for effective planning & execution, brand understanding & ideation.
  • Servicing & Business Development to a limited extent with the accounts allocated to them.
  • Business Operations (Creative, Planning, Brainstorming, setting up logistics etc.)
  • Responsible for Plan & Execution of the project as per standards of service in the Organization
  • Oversee preparation of a detailed project plan including all the activities and timelines required for the delivery of the project.
  • Hands on experience in planning, making pitch presentations and managing conferences and events.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking skills and problem solving ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skill & ability to handle high pressure situations
  • Grounds up experience – servicing clients, running operations, some design sense and street smartness
  • Ability to lead n develop internal teams
  • Has had exposure to Corporate Events (at least on National and International Level level)
  • Decent and pleasing personality
