Jr. Client Servicing


Job brief:

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines.
  • Meeting up with existing clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect.
  • Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connects programs etc.
  • Hands on Presentation
  • Prepare various reports related to event files.
  • Interact and lead production team to ensure effective execution of the event.
  • Allocate briefs to team members (if any), Lead & guide the team for effective planning & execution, brand understanding & ideation.
  • Support in project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines of events and activations.
  • Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connects programs etc.
  • Support in Pre & Post event invoicing and keeping records of imprest of the team.
  • Working on multiple projects.
  • Assisting in presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner.
  • Co-ordinate with production team to ensure effective execution of the event.
  • Supporting in Plan & Execution of the project as per standards of service in the Organization
Requirements:
  • Hands on experience in planning and managing conferences and events.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking skills and problem solving ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skill & ability to handle high pressure situations
  • Experience – servicing clients, running operations, some design sense and street smartness
  • Ability to lead n develop internal teams
  • Has had exposure to Corporate Events (at least on National level)
  • Decent and pleasing personality
